Updates to Financial Services Guide and Exchange Traded Options (ETO) Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) effective 31 May 2019

Effective 31 May 2019, our Financial Services Guide and ETO PDS & Application will be updated.

  1. The Financial Services Guide and ETO PDS are being updated to reflect that AUSIEX is a market Participant of the Australian Securities Exchange Limited (ASX) and Cboe Australia Pty Ltd, a clearing participant of ASX Clear Pty Limited and a settlement participant of ASX Settlement Pty Limited.
  2. The ETO PDS will now include a worked example of how fees and charges are calculated.

We recommend that you carefully read the changes.  The updated documents will be available for download from the forms page from 31 May 2019.
