Introducing additional email and SMS account update notifications

As part of our continued commitment to increase visibility and transparency for our clients, we are pleased to announce that from 1 December 2018, we will be sending additional notifications to all our clients when making changes to your account.

Please refer to below table which outlines the type of notification sent to all clients for manual and online requests.


*Except when changing to a CIA or DIY SMSF settlement account

For residential and postal address changes, a confirmation of change of address is also mailed to both the old and new address.

Your action required

Please ensure we have correct contact details for all account holders. This is a mandatory service requirement therefore you cannot opt-out of this service.

To update account holder(s) details, please log in to your account and go to My Account > My Profile > Personal Details or complete a Change of Address and Contact Details form.
