We’re making some changes to Westpac Online Investing

In order to serve you better, we will be making some changes over the next few months, including the way you log in to your account.

What’s changing?

A new name

To more accurately represent our products and services we are changing our name from Westpac Online Investing to Westpac Share Trading. Over the coming months you’ll notice this change across our website, forms, product literature, and communications with you. There will be no changes to the services that we currently provide you.

A new login page

On 19 October 2019 we’ll be moving our general product information from www.onlineinvesting.westpac.com.au to the Westpac corporate website www.westpac.com.au to ensure information about all Westpac products can be found in the one place.

As a result, we’ll be introducing a dedicated log in page (shown below) for you to access your Westpac Online Investing account. There will be no change to your username and password that you use to log in.

UPDATE
The introduction of our new log in page has been postponed and we will advise the new date once known. The Westpac Online Investing website will remain unchanged and you can continue to log in to the site as you currently do. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Accessing the new login page

You can access this login page via any of the options listed below:

Option 1

  • To ensure maximum internet security, we recommend you access this page for the first time by visiting www.westpac.com.au
  • Select ‘Westpac Online Investing’ from the dropdown menu and click the ‘Sign In’ button.

  • If you so choose, you can at this point bookmark this page for easy access in the future.

Option 2

  • Navigate directly to our new login page at www.onlineinvesting.westpac.com.au/login.

Option 3

  • Log in to Westpac Online Banking.
  • Click on the ‘Online Investing’ tile to access your Westpac Online Investing account.
