Updates to the Subscriptions, Packages, and Alerts Terms & Conditions effective 28 November 2022

The following updates will be made to the Subscriptions, Packages, and Alerts Terms & Conditions effective 28 November 2022.

1. Update share trading platform references from Westpac Online Investing to Westpac Share Trading

2. Update references from Westpac Securities Terms & Conditions to House rules Westpac Securities

3. Update Application references in item 1, page 2:

• Remove: “ABN 71 076 515 930, AFSL No. 241400 (‘we’, ‘us’ ‘our’)”
• Replace with: “(AUSIEX, the Participant, we, us, our) ABN 71 076 515 930 AFSL 241400. AUSIEX is a Market Participant of the ASX Limited and Cboe Australia Pty Ltd, a Clearing Participant of ASX Clear Pty Limited and a Settlement Participant of ASX Settlement Pty Limited.”

4. Update Service package names in item 5.5, page 2:
